Ansel block remover is a utility that can be used to enter Ansel mode on any PC that is compatible with this application. 

This allows you to enter this mode at any time you desire and play the game normally. The only requirement is that you have appropriate hardware (namely, the latest generation of GPU) and software (namely, the latest generation of the drivers for your GPU). If you don't own the appropriate hardware or software, you still won't be able to use Ansel.
